Shipping, Receiving, and Returning

All of our orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) from Northeastern Arkansas. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking details. Please be aware that you may or may not have to wait at least 24-48 hours (depending on postal locations) for any movement to reflect.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days (no longer than 3). We do not ship on holidays and weekends. If you place an order around that time, then kindly note orders will be processed and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!

Once your package leaves our establishment and arrives at the postal office, then it is their responsibility. 

If there's something wrong with your order or shipping address, then we will email you. If your order doesn't get shipped out within 3 to 5 business days, please check your email or contact us at luminaryloveboutique@gmail.com.

FREE SHIPPING is awarded only to U.S. customers with orders of $50 or more. For our International customers, orders with $100 or more. 

At this present time, Luminary Love does not offer in person/on-site location pick ups.

We use all major carriers and shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes undeliverable, refused, missing, and stolen packages. 

If you're an International customer, we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. However, depending on where you're located and the processing speed of your country's customs, delivery can take anywhere up to 2 to 5 weeks. For conditions beyond our control, such as, severe weather conditions, customs/border issues (international orders), or other service interruptions, Luminary Love cannot be held responsible.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

With this being said, we do our absolute best to handle your package with care. However, should your package arrive damaged, then please email us at luminaryloveboutique@gmail.com with photos of your damaged items within 2 days of receiving. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION/PACKAGING AND RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF REQUESTED REFUND. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees and Luminary Love will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A refund will be issued after the products are received in our warehouse. To request a return, please email us at luminaryloveboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
